If obtaining card details in person, these are stored in the pet details. Please see our guide on pet management for more details.
To obtain card details remotely, this is completed as part of the digital payment transaction. It is only available to be stored if a pet parent enters their card details into the payment request. If they use Apple or Google pay, we cannot store these details.
By selecting to save their details for next time, they will populate in the Gap Only vet portal under the pet parent details.
