Claiming via the GapOnly vet portal is only available during supported claiming hours, Monday to Saturday, 8.00am to 10.00pm due to our team needing to adjudicate the claim request. If you attempt to lodged a claim outside of these hours, you will be prompted to take full payment for your invoice.
You may also like to process a payment for any gap payment once the claim has been adjudicated.
