How to add a location

Instructions for setting up locations within the GapOnly vet portal.

Before you start

Time to complete: <5 mins

Your practicing location must already be approved for GapOnly claiming to be added to your GapOnly online account.

What you'll need:

  • Location name

  • Location address

  • Location ABN (optional)

  • Location contact details (phone and email)

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Navigate to add location screen

  1. Select 'Locations' on the left hand menu.

  2. Click '+ Add location' in the top right corner.

Step 2: Location details

  1. Enter the name for the location.

  2. Add an ABN for this location (optional).

  3. Add the address by completing the look address look up.

Step 3: Location billing details

  1. Select 'Yes' or 'No' to show your address on receipts and payment links.

  2. Add a billing address or select 'Same as location address'.

Step 4: Contact Details

  1. Add the location email.

  2. Add the location phone number.

  3. Add the invoice/receipt email address (can be the same as the location email address.

Step 5: Submit request

  1. Click 'Add Location'.

  2. Your location will now appear in the locations screen with the status 'In review'.

What happens next?

The GapOnly team will review your location to ensure you have completed all prior onboarding requirements. Once approved, you will receive an email and the status will update in the portal.
