Practitioner management

How to add, edit and delete practitioners.

Before you start

Time to complete: < 2 minutes

What you'll need:

  • Practitioner's name (first and last)

  • The location(s) they practice at.

How to add a practitioner

Step 1: Navigate to add practitioners screen.

  1. Select 'Practitioners' from the left hand menu.

  2. Click '+ Add Practitioner'.

Step 2: Practitioner Name

  1. Add the first and last name of the practitioner.

Step 3: Select practising locations

  1. Toggle on the locations the practitioner practices at.

Step 4: Submit

  1. Click 'Submit'.

Note: A location must be approved for claims to be processed.


How to edit a practitioner

Step 1: Navigate to practitioners screen.

  1. Select 'Practitioners' from the left hand menu.

Step 2: Select practitioner

  1. Locate the practitioner to edit and click the arrow ' → 'on their provider card.

Step 3: Select to edit

  1. In the top right, click 'Edit'

Step 4: Update details

  1. Edit as required.

  2. Click 'Update'.


How to delete a practitioner

Step 1: Navigate to practitioners screen.

  1. Select 'Practitioners' from the left hand menu.

Step 2: Select practitioner

  1. Locate the practitioner to edit and click the arrow ' → 'on their provider card.

Step 3: Select to edit

  1. In the top right, click 'Delete Practitioner'.

Step 4: Confirm deletion

  1. Type the practitioner's first and last name into the box required.

  2. Click 'I understand, delete practitioner'.

  3. Confirmation will appear on screen.

Note: This action can not be undone. It removed the practitioner permanently.
