GapOnly claims and Tyro Health Online payments processed using GapOnly Vet Portal can be viewed from the 'INVOICES' page and - to help with reconciliation - you can also see the associated settlement reports for approved transactions that have been paid.
To find your remittance advice, navigate to the Remittance page using the sidebar.
After GapOnly Vet Portal sends funds to your nominated bank account, an email summary will be sent with the details of each settlement - find out more about setting up remittance notification emails.
GapOnly Vet Portal organises settlement reporting into daily remittance advice. This shows settlement payments for both GapOnly claims and Tyro Health Online payments and selecting one will show all the relevant invoices for that remittance advice, including the bank lodgement reference and account details - you can also download this as a .csv file per individual day or for a specific date range via the Export button.
Setting up remittance notification emails
After GapOnly Vet Portal sends funds to your nominated bank account, an email summary will be sent to the Business Admin and/or billing contacts associated with the account with details of each settlement, including the date of payment, amount paid, and the bank lodgement reference.
